What we commit to

The boring parts, handled.

  • Safeguarding

All coaches complete our child-protection induction. Annual refreshers. Incident pathway documented and co-signed by your safeguarding lead.

  • Insurance

Public liability and professional indemnity held at the Academy level; certificates shared with every partner school.

  • Background checks

Every coach completes identity, employment, and criminal-background verification before stepping on campus.

  • Incident reporting

Any in-session incident triggers a same-day report to the school lead, the parents, and our partnerships team.

Every term, every parent

A report you'll want to sign.

Termly co-branded reports go to every parent. Here's a sample; names and data are illustrative.

Adaeze has been a joy to coach this term. She shaved 4.2 seconds off her 100m freestyle and gained the confidence to swim her first solo lap. Her breath control is the next focus — we will be working on bilateral breathing as she moves into Green Level prerequisites.
Coach Kemi Adeyemi · Head Coach · Swimming
Goals for Term 3: Move into Green Level. Develop bilateral breathing. Sustain 200m freestyle without rest. Begin introduction to flip turns.

This is illustrative. Every partner school receives a real one, co-signed by their head teacher, every term.

The cadence of partnership

We're in the loop, not in the way.

  • Quarterly reviews

A 60-minute working session per quarter with school leadership. Agenda shared 72 hours prior.

  • Founder visits

Our founders attend each partner school at least once per academic year.

  • Dedicated partnership lead

One named POC from day one. No queue, no ticket system.
